Order Preparation and Delivery Time

 1. Upon receiving the order and confirming payment before 12:00 PM, the order will be prepared on the same day. The customer is expected to receive their order within 72 business hours from confirmation, except for specific areas listed by Emirates Post, where delivery times may vary.  2. Shipping and Delivery Service

• Delivery schedules may be affected by public holidays and official days off. In such cases, customers will be notified in advance of any potential delays.

 4. Liability Limitations
• We commit to delivering orders on time; however, delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control may lead to temporary delays. If this occurs, the customer will be promptly notified of the situation.
